We only consider an order lost in transit if we are unable to locate it via the tracking link. We will endeavor to go above and beyond to find your item however we do understand sometimes things really do just get lost. If we have no luck (with help from our courier company too!) we can organise to re-ship your order or issue a store credit.
We will not re-ship your order or issue a store credit if your parcel is in transit, stuck at your country customs or has already been delivered.
